Device Administration
Operate at scale: organize devices, assign content, monitor health, and secure access
Devices can be organized using groups and tags to categorize screens by location, role, or custom criteria. Groups can be nested (for example, Region > City > Location) to manage large fleets. After organizing, assign default content or applications so every screen receives the right experience automatically.
Content Assignment and Scheduling
Assign traditional media playlists or custom applications to any device or group. Use time-based schedules and fallbacks to maintain uptime. Setting Content gives more information.
Monitoring and Diagnostics
View real-time status, current content, and hardware metrics. Use Active Screenshots for visual verification and Device Logs for troubleshooting. Configure notifications for disconnections or playback issues.
User roles and permissions support multi-team environments. Deploy and roll back app versions by group; changes are tracked for compliance.
Security
Provision devices securely; network controls support static IPs, proxies, and enterprise Wi‑Fi. See Firewall Configuration and Security Reference. For location awareness, see Geographic Map.
