Device Webhooks
Real-time device data streaming via webhook integration
Device webhook configuration enables automatic delivery of device logs, playback data, and campaign views as POST requests to designated URLs. This capability provides real-time data collection, analysis, and integration with external monitoring or analytics systems.
Webhook Configuration
Webhook settings are located in device-specific configuration areas accessed through the TelemetryOS dashboard.
Configuration Access
Device webhook configuration is accessed through the All Devices menu in the left-hand taskbar.
The Settings tab contains webhook configuration options for selected devices.
Webhook URL Field
The Webhook report URL field specifies the destination endpoint for logs, playbacks, and campaign views delivery.
Webhook URLs must support JSON POST requests and provide proper data handling capabilities for incoming webhook data.
Transmitted Data
Configured webhooks send real-time POST requests containing:
✅ Device Logs – Performance logs, errors, and system events
✅ Playback Data – Media content playback information
✅ Campaign Views – Campaign impression data and display frequency
Integration Benefits
Automated Data Collection: Logs and playbacks stream automatically to external systems without manual export requirements.
Analytics & Monitoring Integration: Webhook data integrates with BI tools, dashboards, and monitoring platforms for comprehensive analysis.
Proactive Issue Detection: Real-time error and performance issue detection enables rapid response to operational problems.
