Accessing Our SOC 2 Report

TelemetryOS maintains SOC 2 compliance through TelemetryTV. Enterprise customers can obtain the report under NDA to support vendor risk reviews, security assessments, and compliance programs. This page explains eligibility and the request process in plain language.

Eligibility and Purpose

The SOC 2 report is available to active Enterprise accounts because it contains sensitive details about our controls and environments. If you are evaluating an Enterprise upgrade, your account team can discuss timelines and provide high‑level security overviews until NDA access is in place.

How Requests are Handled

Requests are coordinated through the administration interface. Your account team verifies Enterprise status, executes a mutual NDA, and then provides secure access to the current report. Typical turnaround is a few business days. Updated reports are published on an annual cadence; your team can request the latest version at any time.

What’s Included

The SOC 2 report covers the operating effectiveness of controls across security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and (where applicable) privacy. It describes how access is managed, how data is protected in transit and at rest, how systems are monitored and recovered, and how obligations are met over the audit period.

Additional Documentation

Enterprise customers can also request a concise security overview (architecture summary, TelemetryOS Edge hardening themes, and data flow diagrams), authentication configuration notes (SSO/SCIM), audit logging practices, and—where appropriate and under NDA—third‑party testing summaries or attestation letters. Your account team will guide what’s relevant for your review.
